MEDIAOBJECT AS HETEROTOPIA

Media culture generates the need for continuous communication and demonstrations of self in digital society. Media reality is a special world, which produce media, means of communication, in which modern man lives, we consider it not only as an abstraction, but as a heterotopia, based on the methodological promise of Michel Foucault. The analysis of the phenomena of media culture from the position of a heterotopic analysis will be presented on examples of digital libraries, gaming portals and social networks. These phenomena are characteristic of heterotopias, other spaces, with the temporal and existential features.
